Shipping update (USA orders)
PostNL has introduced a system for the new tariffs for packages to the USA.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a PayPal payment request from me.
The amount of the request will be an merchant processing fee of
€35 plus 15% of the shipment value,
which needs to be paid before your order can be shipped.
Once the payment is completed, I will transfer the whole amount of that payment to PostNL, 
and your package will be on its way to you!

No additional customs fees will be charged upon delivery,
as PostNL forwards these costs directly to US customs.
