Shipping

The Netherlands
Your items are shipped via DHL, which takes between 3-5 days. I will need a few days to get your order ready. You will receive a Track & Trace code when your package is shipped.

 

Eu and Worldwide
International items are send via DHL which takes about 5 – 10 working days, but please allow up to 14 working days as services can vary depending on your location. I can not be held responsible for delay during busy periods like Christmas and other holiday periods, and delaying due to COVID. All items are send with a ‘Track & Trace’ code which you will receive by e-mail. I am not responsible for import or custom fees or delay. 

 

Lost package
If an item is lost during shipping I will contact the shipping company, which will investigate the situation. This may take some time. Of course I will keep you updated on the progress. If the shipping company comes to the conclusion the package is lost, I will make sure you get a refund or a new item. Please allow up a month delay before refunding or resending an item. 

 

Packaging
I take care of your items by using cardboard boxes and securing your items with bubble plastic and/or foam. I try to recycle as much as I can to help protect our planet. This means that sometimes your packaging was already used to ship supplies to me. 

 

Damage
I do my best to avoid breakages by packing your ceramic pieces carefully in bubblewrap/card board/foam to make sure they cannot move inside the box. But ceramics are fragile and postmen are often in a hurry, so if something tragic occurred to your beautiful piece, please contact me immediately and we will discuss a solution. This could be a new product or a refund.
